By booking a rental with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your rental.
Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle may only be driven by the renter. The vehicle must be used for lawful purposes only and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws. The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to: transporting illegal substances, engaging in racing or reckless driving, or allowing others to drive the vehicle without the owner’s consent. The renter agrees not to drive the vehicle outside the geographical area of without prior written approval from the owner.
Fuel
The renter agrees to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it was provided with. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the renter will be charged an additional fuel fee for refilling.
Maintenance and Repairs
The renter agrees to take reasonable care of the vehicle and perform basic maintenance (such as checking oil, tire pressure, etc.). Any significant mechanical or electrical issues must be reported to the owner immediately. The renter shall not repair the vehicle or allow repairs to be made without prior written approval from the owner, except in cases of emergency. The car must be returned clean & ready to rent. A fee of $25 will be charged if the car is returned dirty
Damage and Loss
If the vehicle is involved in an accident, the renter must immediately notify the owner and the local authorities. A police report should be filed, and a copy of the report must be provided to the owner. In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, the renter is responsible for paying the excess amount not covered by insurance (if applicable). The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, whether caused by the renter or third parties. The owner has the right to charge the renter for any damage, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, tire damage, or any other form of damage caused during the rental period. In case of theft, the renter must report it to the authorities immediately and provide the owner with a copy of the police report. The renter is responsible for the vehicle’s replacement value if it is stolen during the rental period.
Late Return and Penalties
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed-upon time, a late fee of $200 will be charged. If the vehicle is not returned within 24hours after the due date, the owner reserves the right to report the vehicle as stolen and take legal action to recover the vehicle.
Cancellation
The renter may cancel the rental agreement up to 2days before the rental end date or the renter will not be eligible for a refund.
